The Projects
During the ten days on the farm there will be different kinds of artistic projects. Within these projects the participants work together towards a final exhibition/performance that will be held on the last day, the festival day.
Here you can find the different projects that will take place this year:
Music (by Miko Weber)
Music is a form of communication and a way to connect to the world. Together you will make music in all sorts of ways that feel good and that you can connect to. At the festival day you will share some of your creations to the audience.
Photography (by Femke Blom)
Femke will lead this new project. Looking through a lens you can find all sorts of new views and beauties.
For this project you will have to be able to bring your own camera and accessories.
Speech and Drama (by Charlotte van Duijvenboden)
Playing and expressing yourself will be an important part of the Speech & Drama Project during Connect to Create. Your body is your instrument in this project. We will use it to express ourselves by making sound & movement. We will work on some exercises to learn how to use speech and drama. With our own stories or stories that apeal to us we will prepare a performance for the festival day.
You don't need to have experience with Speech and/or Drama to join this project
Land-art (by Cláudia Sousa Vaz)
To use the land as art. With this project you can use whatever you can find on the farm to make and art-expression. This project as well will be shown on the festival day.
