Like the last two years we have very much enjoyed the yoga moments at Connect To Create.
In the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner everyone interested is invited to join in on a yoga session which will be lead by
Stefanie Hobmeier.
She was our yoga moment leader last year and offered to do this great job again this year! We are very excited that she wants to join us again.

Stefanie is 28 years old, grew up in the South of Germany. Her interest in many different fields led her to a variety of experiences. Amongst others she lived and worked for one year on a biodynamic farm in the North of Norway and participated in the second year of the International Youth Initiative Program (YIP). Currently she is studying design at the Art Academy in Kassel, Germany and exploring to work as a yoga teacher.
"Yoga is there for everybody! There is no I am not flexible enough or I am no "yoga-person". I want to invite you to just let go from your previous concepts of yoga and your position to it. The classes will be for experienced yogis just as for beginners. I try to manage the splits between both and help you to find the right shape for your individual body and condition.
In my opinion this is one of the greatest things about yoga:
You can do the same exercises but they can feel totally different according to your own approach and your will to engage...
My practice is inspired from different forms of yoga and personal experiences in different fields of sports and life in general. Mostly I got influenced and inspired by the practice and teaching of Rachel Miller. Last summer I did a yoga teacher training held by her. Therefore my classes will include both the active and passive forms of yoga. So it can get very dynamic and sporty as well as slow and calm. As we try in life to balance both qualities: Getting enough rest to be able to do great work out in the world!
And not to forget: yoga is fun!" Stefanie Hobmeier
